Celsior is a technology services and digital engineering firm purpose-built for regulated industries. We work with enterprise organizations to design, build, and operate systems that determine how they perform, compete, and serve their customers. Our work spans data and intelligence, digital product engineering, cloud transformation, automation, and platform services, with deep specialization across insurance, banking and financial services, and healthcare.

We are a division of Pyramid Consulting, a company that has worked with enterprise clients across five continents since 1996. That origin gives Celsior three decades of institutional knowledge, an established talent infrastructure, and a delivery model tested at scale with the largest and most demanding organizations in the world.

Through our parent company's integrated structure, we connect three distinct capabilities. Pyramid Talent provides access to specialized IT professionals, including deep-niche skill sets that conventional sourcing cannot place, across more than 25 countries. Celsior delivers the technology services, platform engineering, and domain expertise that enterprises require to execute at scale. GenSpark develops and trains technical talent, giving clients the internal capability to sustain and extend what we build together, rather than a permanent reliance on outside support.

This model is structurally different from the market. Clients working with Celsior are not managing separate vendor relationships for staffing, delivery, and workforce development. They are working with one organization across all three.

We run Centers of Excellence aligned to the platforms our clients depend on most. Guidewire. ServiceNow. Snowflake. Dynatrace. Jack Henry. They are concentrated areas of capability built through years of implementation, upgrade, and support work with production systems.

We also develop our own accelerators. Our AI-First Digital Engineering Platform, alongside proprietary frameworks including CAFE, HALO, and PACE, are the product of engineering investment we have made so that clients do not pay for work we have already solved. These tools reduce the time between strategy and production and lower the risk of large-scale platform programs.

We operate with a boutique model. Every client, regardless of scale, works with senior practitioners who are directly accountable for outcomes. The people responsible for the work are the people in the room.
